All 1/4" through 1/2" thermoplastic needle valves shall be manufactured with PVC Type 1, Grade (ASTM D1784, Cell Classification 12454) NSF STD 14 & 61, CPVC (ASTM D1784, Cell Classification 23447), Glass/Mineral reinforced Polypropylene or Natural PVDF FDA 21 CFR177.2510, NSF 51 & 61. All materials are to be virgin, no re-processed materials allowed.

All seal components shall be PTFE or Modified PTFE, no O-Rings or other elastomers permitted. The flow adjustment shall be performed by a 24 pitch metering thread. The handle shall be retained without metal fasteners and be of the same material as the valve body.

All PVC, CPVC, Polypropylene, & PVDF 1/4" through 1/2" needle valves shall be pressure rated for 250 PSI @ 68 F. PPG shall be pressure rated for 250 PSI @ 68 F.

All Needle Valves shall carry a 3 year warranty and be manufactured by Marquest Scientific Inc.
